Terms and Conditions for the Rewards Program
1. Provider
The rewards program is offered by:

(hereinafter referred to as “Provider”)
2. Participation
(1) Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
(2) Participation is automatic by:
- Creating a customer account or
- Placing an order in the online shop
(3) Participation is free of charge.
(4) Only one customer account per person is permitted.
3. How the Rewards Program Works
(1) Participants can collect points through various actions, in particular:
- Orders in the online shop (5 points per €1 turnover)
- Registration: 100 points
- Newsletter subscription: 100 points
- Birthday: 200 points
(2) Further actions or limited-time campaigns may be offered in addition.
(3) No points are awarded for shipping costs or other fees.
(4) The Provider reserves the right to adjust point allocation at any time.
4. Point Credit
(1) Points are credited to the customer account as soon as the respective action is fully completed.
(2) For orders, points are credited only after:
- full payment has been received and
- the statutory withdrawal period has expired
(3) In the event of cancellations, returns or (partial) withdrawals, the corresponding points will be deducted again.
(4) Subsequent point credit is excluded.
5. Redeeming Points
(1) Points can be redeemed for discounts in the online shop.
(2) Currently, the following redemption levels apply:
- 500 points = €5 discount
- 1,000 points = €10 discount
- 2,000 points = €20 discount
(3) Redemption takes place during the ordering process.
(4) Points:
- cannot be paid out
- are not transferable
- cannot be converted into cash
(5) Combination with other discount promotions may be excluded.
6. Point Validity
Collected points do not expire.
However, the Provider reserves the right to set a reasonable redemption period in the event of prolonged inactivity or termination of the program.
7. Misuse and Exclusion
(1) The Provider is entitled to exclude participants from the program and delete points if there is an important reason.
(2) Such a reason exists in particular in the case of:
- multiple registrations
- false information
- manipulation attempts
- misuse of the program
8. Changes and Termination of the Program
(1) The Provider reserves the right to change, restrict or terminate the rewards program at any time.
(2) Changes will be announced on the website.
(3) In the event of termination, points already collected can be redeemed within a reasonable period.
(4) There is no entitlement to the permanent continuation of the program.
9. Liability
(1) The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
(2) In the event of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
(3) Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the data protection declaration at:
https://www.calarose.de/pages/datenschutzbestimmungen
The data will be used exclusively for the implementation of the rewards program.
11. Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) The place of jurisdiction is – as far as legally permissible – Berlin.
